Mountain Tarp manufactures Flip Tarp systems for the Dump Truck Industry. The Mountain system will accept vinyl or Mesh tarpaulin material to meet your needs. We are the only manufacture that GUARANTEES our Arms to NEVER BREAK.

Side Roll System

The lock-n-roll tarp system is used for waterproof applications. It has a combination of aluminum and fabric for the bonnet. The Bonnet may be tarp strapped or permanently bolted on. This system simply locks in place by positioning the crank handle into the retaining hooks therefore locking the roll pipe under the latch plate, by doing this, ratchets and straps are eliminated.

Cable Style System

Mountain Tarp builds the most cosmetically appealing and overbuilt sliding bow system in the market place today, with applications for dump bodies and end dump trailers. We do not offer galvanized cable; Our systems use only stainless steel cable to match the high quality of your aluminum built systems.

1. We offer three different systems to choose from:
   
   Our semi-waterproof tarp is a vinyl tarp system that is extended to the edge of the bows. This tarp system is highly recommended for asphalt applications, etc. Our semi-water proof tarp is best when full waterproof system is not needed. Bows available in twelve inch, six inch, and flat rises
    
2. Our anti-pollution tarp is a mesh tarp system that is used for containment only when loads do not require water-proof systems. Our anti-pollution tarps are recommended for demolition, gravel, rock, etc. Bows for this system are available in twelve inch, six inch and flat rises.

Junior Flip Tarp System

The Junior flip tarp system is specially designed for small dump bodies and low impact usage. The system uses either outside extension springs or side mount “clock springs”, 40 gauge aluminum for tarp arms and direct drive motor or manual (ground level) operations.
