End Dump Trailers

Aluminum Trailer

The standard lengths available range from 22' to 34'. Standard side heights range from 54" to 72". Other sizes are available upon request. Tailgates can be ordered as standard swing-out and barn-door opening. Watertight gates are also available. Most sizes of these tubs can be ordered with smooth or post-sides.

Steel Trailer

 The standard lengths range from 22’ to 34’. Standard side heights are 54” and 60” Other lengths and side heights are available. Tailgates can be ordered as standard swing-out, barn-door and high-lift opening. Watertight gates are also available. All manufactured tubs are built from AR450 and AR500 material. They are crossmemberless and smooth-sided, creating better impact absorption and greatly reducing the potential for dings, tears and dents. Completed bodies are sand-blasted and factory primed. Standard colors for road-ready units are red, black and grey. Other colors are available.

Dump-trailer Chassis

The standard lengths available range from 22' to 34'. Other lengths are available. They can be manufactured from steel or aluminum. Suspensions can be air-ride or single-point. Wheels can be ordered as steel or aluminum, polished or machine finished. Auxiliary lift axles are also available.

Aluminum Dump Bodies

Alliance Aluminum Dump Body

These bodies offer the best strength to weight ratio available in any aluminum dump body. Standard side and tailgate heights range from 24” to 66”. All bodies are smooth sided and crossmemberless. All aluminum used is high-tensile 6061-t6. The bodies have dual air tailgate cylinders for enhanced load security. The bodies feature removable panels to easily access the air cartridges. Trunion-mounted Mailhot hoists are standard, allowing for an exceptionally small doghouse meaning fewer clean-out problems. Available body options include cab shields, side sheet thickness, high-lift tailgates, 45 degree rear bumpers and many more.

Schien Aluminum Dump Bodies

These bodies are standard sheet and post-type aluminum bodies. They can be ordered with Mailhot or standard custom hoists. Standard side heights range from 36" to 60". Tailgates can be the same height as the sides or taller. Available body options include cab shield/size, side sheet thickness, barn-door tailgate, water-tight tailgate, spreader lips and many others.

Grain Bodies

Schien grain bodies feature aerodynamic styling in an all aluminum body. Our smooth sides make clean-up and clean-out easy and eliminate the need for kick plates if you’re loading pallets. Standard features include 3 piece rear doors, a center-mounted grain door and chute, heavy-duty door hinges, extruded door frames and top rail, tarp bows, 1 ¼” I-Beam extruded floor and a custom light kit.

Pup Trailers

Why not haul twice as much per trip? With a Schien pup trailer you can do just that. Standard features include a formed 8” channel chassis with huck-bolted crossmembers and suspensions. Suspension options include mechanical or air-ride. Trailers can be set up as tandems, tri-dems and quad axles utilizing dual or super-single tires on aluminum or steel wheels. Tongue configurations include hinged or rigid. Finally, they are available with steel or aluminum dump bodies installed. Other options are available.
